Hi, sorry for another xbox 360 question, i don't know why my dual layer games won't burn I'm using maxell discs (I know i should use verbatim, but i already got these, and i don't think the disc should be the problem cause i've succesfully backed up numerous games with these discs and just burned 3 the last 3 days. alright thank you, and i was wondering, does ide/sata have anything to do with it because my computer is old so im still using ide, im excited for my new computer though

alright, well i bought new cd's (verbatim DVD+RW), and for a second i got my hopes up, and it even showed me the estimated time, but then it just failed again, guess im going to try to do it internally, will this probably be the problem or is it just a slight chance this will be it?

and sorry, im not that techy, how would i update the bios?

oh i see well i bought the internal one but i bought a case for it because my dad wants to use it on his laptop too, but at the time i didn't know that it affects it, but ill get an internal one if that will solve it.

alright i updated the firmware, didn't help. so im going to go to the store and get me some better discs, and if that doesnt work, ill try making it internal.

Hello, sorry i am a newbie at this burning stuff, but i was trying to burn an iso image, and then when i start that little buffer bar fills and when its full everything just stops and i get to rewrite attempt 1,2 or 3 or 4 and my write speed is some where at 150 and then keeps going down and at the bottom is says writing lead-in.... and it gets stuck here, i dont know if it is my drive, or my iso image if someone can please help thenk you.
