  1. Aha! Thanks for the quick reply. I'll pad it up to a multiple of 2048 and give it another shot. I had (what I thought) was a thorough look at the documentation and don't recall seeing that info - maybe it would be a good idea to change the the error message to something like: "invalid or unsupported image file - raw images must be a named .iso and be a multiple of 2048 bytes" Thanks again!
  2. Hi, I'm trying to use Imgburn to write an OpenVMS files-11 disk image to CD, but I keep getting the error message: "invalid or unsupported image file" I've tried named the file image.iso, and image.img, but it makes no difference. Is there a way to just write the image raw in Imgburn, or do I have to use something like CDRWin? Here's the (completely irrelevant) log: :-) I 00:11:54 ImgBurn Version 2.5.7.0 started! I 00:11:54 Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition (5.1, Build 2600 : Service Pack 3) I 00:11:54 Total Physical Memory: 2,095,660 KB - Available: 98,952 KB I 00:11:54 Initialising SPTI... I 00:11:54 Searching for SCSI / ATAPI devices... I 00:11:55 -> Drive 1 - Info: HL-DT-ST BD-RE GGW-H20L YL01-06 (Z:) (ATA) I 00:11:55 Found 1 HD DVD-ROM/BD-RE!
  3. I'd have to agree. I've just downloaded ImgBurn to write some Blu-Ray discs... it was using up 103Mb to write a single (admittedly) 17Gb file. Does this sound right? Still, for a freebie, it's fantastic. I'll carry on using it even if it is a bit of a memory hog.
