  1. Recode is slightly quicker than it's cousin for me....a typical encode time only takes around 15-20 minutes. Of course it always depends on the file size and any quality options used.
  2. I already have a licensed copy on my machine so my giving it a go wouldn't do any good...why not take it for a spin to see.
  3. A bit of bleach could have cured you much quicker...
  4. You could give Recode a try...it will compress non protected video : http://www.softpedia.com/get/CD-DVD-Tools/...ro-Recode.shtml
  5. Basically you need to compress you files enough to fit onto a sinlge SL disc.
  6. Before this program was called Imgburn it had a "read" mode, but there wer alot of problems so that feature was removed and the program was renamed. I voted the way I think Blu would want me too.
  7. I think donta was suggesting that the next release may support some sort of audio burning. We all have our fingers crossed.
  8. I would second the NEC....alot of people are having a good time with Samsung burners now too.
  9. Glad you got it sorted...happy burning.
  10. I think it's obvious that there is overwhelming support to 'not' include this feature in a future release.
  11. Yup...knew that without the comment..... Don't know how you knew...seems to be totally out of character.
  12. I think all the MKM's are made in Singapore....AFAIK
  13. This would be a nice feature....
  14. I don't think the rest are free, but the ones I want are...Recode, CD/DVD Speed and Nero Infotool. I could really care less about the rest.
  15. I've had a few friends try to hack me, but AFAIK they couldn't get in....touch wood.
  16. See my edit above too.... I think you would be well served to give the Verbatims a shot.
  17. Outside of the media being dump material...is this with all files that come from DVD Flick, just this one, the same results from other programs? I've used DVD Flick and have no issues with the output to Verbatim discs. Looks like a newer firmware is available too: http://liggydee.cdfreaks.com/page/en/NEC-ND-6650A/
  18. Actually they are more like entry level programs...if you can make Imgburn "go" and have the concept of source input and target output down then you should have no problem.
  19. What I'm asking is have the DL Verb other than MKM-001's gone down in quality as much as the difference in the Ritek G03/G04 went down in the G05's? I can see a difference in the 8X Verb SL vs. the 16X SL's but the difference isn't that great.
  20. I've got the same situation where I live....there are 5 networks within my range including my own. Three including mine are secured, but the other two aren't.
