  1. Aha! Found it! Not on the FILE LOCATIONS tab, but on the EVENTS tab. Checking the box for "On Exit -- Clear Recent Files List" collapses the "Source - Browse for Folder" tree when ImgBurn is closed and reopened. Unchecking the box not only allows the recent files used to remain in the "Source" dropdown list, but it allows the last used folder to remain displayed in the "Browse for Folder" dialog tree.
  2. I have IMGBURN (I love it!) installed on two computers. It runs fine on both. On one computer, when I start ImgBurn, it "remembers" my favorite "source" folder, but on the other computer, it doesn't, always starting at the "My Computer" tree. I've searched through the "Settings" pages several times, but nothing grabs my eye as controlling this behavior. Am I overlooking something? Thanks. Jerry
  3. Thanks, Cynthia. I'd gone through the SETTINGS pages a couple of times looking for it, and I guess I kept overlooking it. I'm glad it wasn't a snake! Thanks again. Jerry
  4. Can I get IMGBURN to stop trying to "phone home" and check for updates each time I load it? Thanks. Jerry
  5. Hi Lightning: No, I don't mean the Windows File Picker Dialog -- I mean the DESTINATION drop down box on the IMGBURN "Build" Screen. Hi Blutach: Yes, your suggestion clears the MRU list perfectly -- that was exactly what I was looking for (but I was looking on the wrong page -- I was looking on the SETTINGS -> BUILD page -- where the "Clear Source MRU List" is). Thanks to all. Great product! Jerry
  6. I found the button marked "Clear Source MRU List" in SETTINGS -> BUILD. Is there another button somewhere that will clear the "Destination" MRU list?
  7. Thanks. I'll stop poking at it in the meantime trying to make that feature work. BTW -- Did I mention it makes PERFECT disks that just play everywhere. Thank you - Thank you - Thank you. Jerry
  8. All the little boxes are checked on my SOUNDS tab in SETTINGS (v2.4.2.0). When I burn 3 disks from an ISO file, a sound notification (WAV) attracts my attention when disk 1 is finished, and my computer is waiting for another blank disk. When I burn 3 disks using "Write files/folders to disc," there is no such sound to attract my attention when blank disks #2 and #3 need to be inserted. Have I overlooked a setting that would allow such a sound? Thanks. Jerry
