  1. Micro$oft reads UDFS specs in a unique way. http://withinwindows.com/2009/11/01/use-the-windows-7-usbdvd-download-tool-with-custom-isos/
  2. Which Teac do you use? Which drive does CD player use? I'm using a traditional CD player with a Philips CDM12 drive. http://www.dutchaudioclassics.nl/Philips_cdm12_cdm-Pro/ The Drive support red book and expect a red book CD. It's about subchannel data. Given audio data, a Plextor firmware produce correct subchannel data. All drives play this CD. Given audio data, a LG firmware produce false subchannel data. Some drives dosn't play this CD. Write Audio CD at RAW mode at a LG drive. That way burn application produces correct sub channel data and sent data to CD writer. The CD writer firmware dosn't matter anymore. Does ImgBurn support RAW mode writing? Or attach Plextor IDE drive inside a USB case and connect to Win 7 machine.
  3. Thanks, I understand this explanation. ImgBurn is my prefered image burn application still.
  4. Is this application such big? I don't use software suggesting to burn the italian capital city. Another example: a XP/2003 based WinPE, added a big hard disk image. Boot WinPE DVD, restore the image to hard disk.
  5. Image a XP installation DVD with a big image. XP setup dosn't support UDF, but ISO9660. Mkisofs support files greater 4GB at ISO9669. Greetings Oskar
  6. Hello, please include files greater 4GB to ISO9660 file system. ECMA 119 http://www.ecma-international.org/publicat...st/ECMA-119.pdf Recognice the "File Section".A File Section size is limited to a 32-bit number. A file may consist of several sections. 9.1.6 bit 7 marks a Multi-Extent. This concat several sections. 10 Levels of interchange: Level 1 and Level 2: each file shall consist of only one File Section At Level 3 no restrictions shall apply Win95 does read Multi-Extent files. I don't know size limit, maybe 2GB. A 8GB file is possible within ISO9660 specification. Use several file sections below 4GB. The operaing system has to concat sections to one file. NT4 does read a 8GB file. And explorer list a PB file. NT up to Windows7 read files greater 4GB at ISO9660. This is my favourite image burn application since DVD D... times. Thanks. Greetings Oskar
