ImgBurn doesn't currently support .cue files, only a single track .BIN file is acceptable. So, if your .CUE sheet shows more than one track (i.e. an audio CD), then ImgBurn will not work, and could possible produce a seemingly "blanK" disc.
Use the old CDRWIN, Nero, Alcohol 120% or some of the freeware solutions out there to burn your .CUE/.BIN.
