Dear Support:
I just loaded your program and I am familiar with using burn programs, as I owned NERO for a couple of years now... but it does not work with my XP sp2 update so I loaded your program in hopes to make back up copies of movies that I own. I put the movie I wanted to copy in Drive D...and the blank DVD+R in Drive E... when I click on the browse folder icon and I select Drive D it opens up three folders on the disk to burn but does not allow me to select a single file to add... and if it did which file would you add? ... should it not just add all three folders to burn? Please advise.... thank you in advance.
