the funny issue is that the first ten disks that i have used worked perfectly no issues at all then all of a sudden they just arent burning. It's a shame because people are spending 30-40 dollars on these disks and they want them to be reliable.

wow thats really depressing. I'm glad you told me about this. so basically these disks are a waste?

wow thats pretty messed up i ended up getting the verbatim disks from officemax. So thats kind of screwy that they didn't sell true verbatim disks. I've had a few disks actually work with backing up games and movies. I'm also having this issue with movies that im trying to back up. When i end up verifying the disks it instantly comes up with an error message. I ended up popping the disk in the wii and it instantly came up with an error message. Thanks for the support. Where would I find the firmware updates for the cd driver?

I'm having issues burning iso files to dvd+r verbatims. It shows that the file has burned successfully but nothing appears on the disk. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. I've never had these issues in the past it just recently started to happen. Here is the log. I have noticed that the book type says incorrect function.
