    TSSTcorp CDDVD SH-S202J SB03 won't read disc

Care to post the full different specs? But it's 5400RPM (•‿•), Why did they even use that in the first place. That's laptop type speed back in the day. More profit for them I guess. But Intel uhd an upgrade? Depends on the Nvidia card that wax in the system. No Intel uhd built in professor can compete with an equal generation discrete graphics card. 2. Your first problem is 'outsourced' ''fake'' verbatim's CMCMAG-BA5-000 Your 2nd problem is that you're using LTH type discs. That technology only lasted a short while in production but wax quickly abandoned by most blank/drive manufacturers and hasn't been produced for years now. Get the good ones 'datalife plus' you can only find online, and NOT the LTH ones Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
  3. Crappy blanks, drive doesn't like them. And no you can't clean a drive with software, you'd need a physical cleaning disc and those are risky to use. Can damage the drive laser Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk

    which one is the best?

Then you pick the wrong wrong settings. The ones I make are UEFI bootable just fine. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk

    which one is the best?

Neither. It's tricky to do imgburn. Either use the windows media creation tool (which can do that by itself) or just download the iso with it and use 'Rufus'. Much easier Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
  6. Let's start by you posting the exact drive model, current firmware etc (everything should be in the 'discover' mode window) Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk

    ImgBurn v2.5.8.0 Released!

Ever heard of the saying 'if it ain't broken, don't fix it' ? Just because it hasn't been updated in a while doesn't mean it doesn't work anymore. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk

Your installer gave me tons of viruses

You probably just went 'next next next' to install instead of reading what's on the screen and disallow the advertisements to install. Been using imgburn since the beginning, hasn't happened to me yet. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk

Recommendations Blu-ray drive M-Disc for ImgBurn

None while 2 of my 3 support it, i don't use it. M-discs after exactly cheap and easy to find Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk

Recommendations Blu-ray drive M-Disc for ImgBurn

With m-disc support I think you're limited to LG drives. Not 100% sure Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk

Do you buy prebuilt systems or custom builds from parts. Cause if the latter I could put something together if you mention a budget. Note: I only have experience with Intel systems in that case. Can't help with prebuilt, I hate those Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
  12. Just import / open the file, bd-rebuilder will do the rest Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
  13. Bdrb had always been in beta since development. There never has been ab professional release. You're talking about DVD rebuilder DO NOT remove any of those folders. Empty or not. YOU WILL break disc folder structure and risk rendering unplayable Verbose reporting only affects the bdrb log, no impact on encoding or end result. What other 'issues' have you read about? Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
  14. That update won't override that switch. It still behaves according to your settings and the ini file. You need to update as this behind on dozens of frame rate bug fixes, authoring fixes... Just do it and keep doing it. But glad it's fixed [emoji4] Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
  15. Oh and you need to update your bdrb badly. You're severely outdated, latest version is 0.60.29 just over a week ago. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
  16. Found your switch. From BDRB's hiddenopts.txt info file MOVIE_ONLY_LOOP=n n = 0/1 - If set to "1" (default), movie-only discs will automatically restart at end-of-play Add that switch to the bdrebuilder.ini file under the [OPTIONS] section, and set it to 0. aka MOVIE_ONLY_LOOP=0 and save it. Do a NEW encode, do not resume. Should fix your problem
  17. Auto-loop is indeed the default behavior. I use bdrb occasionally. There is a parameter that can be added to the configuration ini filento prevent this, but I cant think of it. Your best option is to go to the doom9 forum thread and ask there. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
  18. That's not the point, something in the authoring is telling it to create the disc structure for continuous playback. Yes, you create the IMAGE using imgburn, but imgburn does NOT create the actual data/video structure you're using to create the iso. Who or whatever does, THAT is where your Autoplay problem lies. This is NOT an imgburn problem. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
  19. Imgburn only Burns what you tell it. It had zero control over Autoplay behavior. That's done by the player/disc creation Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk

They're actively working on it. I have access to a private forum section. Right now the schedule says about 20% done. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
  21. If it's a legacy bios type, you can still use that iso. Woke the native Microsoft tool only does uefi I believe it's not the end of the road. Just grab the 'rufus' tool, it has all the capabilities you need to let that iso work on a legacy bios. This without you needing to tinker manually, because u personally have no clue where to look or what to do. I just know there's tools that can do it for you. Besides this really isn't exactly the best place for that level of assistance. Imgburn can't even make a USB drive bootable. A MS iso is bootable by itself, check autorun.ini I think it is. Should be present. Want an disc? Burn the iso Want a flash drive? Use Rufus. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk

Actually no it won't burn 'as is' when it comes to file format. It's fully capable of doing auto-correct when it detects incompatibility between structure and file system. Mine does, maybe reset settings/dialog prompts to have it ask again Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk

    BD-RE DL formatting issues

Nope, not that I remember. It can just burn over the top. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk

    BD-RE DL formatting issues

I don't even do that (quick erase). Once it's been formatted, I just burn over the top every time. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk

    BD-RE DL formatting issues

Once you've formatted the disc (WITHOUT spare area's is preferred) you can technically burn on top without even erasing. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
