  1. How many of the whiners have actually donated to the cause?
  2. Quality software and I've just donated, dunno if it's the first time or not but what the hell!
  3. Hi, Had ImgBurn installed before and working well thanks to some help from Lightning. I've just reformatted and reinstalled everything. Well I say everything but when I double click the .cue file to burn my FLAC albums I get this message... I had installed FLAC 1.2.1b but clearly I have to install something else. What should I install? Did a search with the title of this thread and found nothing. ImgBurn log file included. Thanks, JJ XP Home SP3 NOD32 V3 Comodo Firewall Pro ImgBurn v2.4.2.0 ================= EDIT!!! I went through the old posts I made on here and downloaded the DCBass Sourcefile, installed it and everything is working perfectly! This thread can be closed. ImgBurn.log

    error

It was for my NEC drive. Downloaded the update and double clicked on it and it flashed itself. It was an official firmware release and not one some bloke had made.
  7. Yes it's there. This is strange. When I opened winamp yesterday to play it it immediately fired up Gracenote to look up the song titles. As per the usual gracenote efforts, only the track that's playing is in the media list, the others are blank until they play. I'll try to find where winamp stores the gracenote info and delete this then re try the disk and see if it reads the disk text.
  8. Yeah, no probs... ; //****************************************\\ ; ImgBurn Version 2.4.1.0 - Log ; Thursday, 10 April 2008, 01:02:34 ; \\****************************************// ; ; I 01:02:25 ImgBurn Version 2.4.1.0 started! 9. Yeah, Winamp reads CD text. It's not a major deal breaker for me as my hifi and car stereo both don't! Converting it in FLAC frontend keeps the cd text in there, somehow!
  10. I installed that filter from DSP and burnt the Tool disk from the cue file. It worked fine and played ok too. On playing the disk in winamp it didn't have the track titles and had to look up gracenote. I had also disabled the illiminable entries in aviCodec. -------------------- "If you open the file in graphedit and right click on the source box to bring up properties, you might get a clue that way." I get this message... The requested property page could not be displayed.
  11. "Encoded by FLAC v1.1.4a with FLAC Frontend v1.7.1" That's the tag in FLACfrontend but I don't know if that's any use to you. Looking in AVICodec under the 'codecs and filters' tab and clicking the 'Directshow' radio button, there's a massive list but the FLAC decode/encode are both illiminable. K-Lite codec pack\filters\illiminable\dsfFLACDecoder.dll version 1.0.0.1
  12. OK, thanks for that. I've been going down the route of FLAC Frontend - WAV then burning. It would obviously be slightly less hassle burning straight from the cue. Cheers.
