I just burned a DVD with no problem. Reads and writes DVDs OK. Won't read audio CDs, data CDs or blanks. I have tried it on two different computers with the same results. I'll have to get a cleaning disk and try that.

I have a LIteon LDW-851sx that burns/reads DVDs but won't recognize any type of CD. Any thoughts? Using Windows XP SP3. Firmware is up to date. Tim
