It wouldn't fail burning, it would fail playing in the Xbox360. Not an ImgBurn issue. Visit sites dedicated to Xbox360 backups for recommended burners and media.

Best bet is try a site dedicated to 360 backups for specifics on recommended burners and media.

You seem to be under the impression that movies are the only thing people burn to disc.

Use Asus DRW-24B1ST as an alternative. Or Sony AD-5280-CB Plus.
