I think it might have been beacuse of my player reading speed or error-correction speed. On my pc (PowerDVD 17) it works. Thanks!

So I have burnt quite a lot of blu-ray's. (MediaRange BD-R DL - not the best but seem ok). I have used MAX speed a lot. (6x-8x) and I tried with 4x also. All of them have a problem when playing the movies. On discs burnt with 6x or 8x at about 1hour mark the movie starts cutting the audio out and the screen freezes.This takes about 5 seconds then it goes back to normal. Then after some time, again. This is very frequent and annoying. On 4x is not as frequent but is still there. I am using Pioneer BDR-209DBK with latest firmware. Should I try other speed (2x)? Also, I have tried other discs (the better Verbatims) but same problem. What should I do? So the problem might be the burner itself. I thought it might be the discs. I will try to see what I can do about the drive. Thank you!

I wasted 14 discs trying to burn files. I tried every speed, always the same. At about 60 percent it stops and has the error. Any other ideas?

Hello, so in the past few weeks I have been trying to burn bd-r dl's. The first one worked perfectly but the rest give me I/O error with check condition (Write Error).
