Ok I've been backing up my Xbox 360 games, I set up the layer break (1913760) and book type, DVD+DL, DVD-ROM etc I did the first 5 no problems all burnt first time and played fine, then I start number 6 and get an error, don't ask me what for I've lost the log tring to sort the problem out, now I browse for the ISO ect put disk in, and end up with this error "Device not ready (No reference position found)" I have tried using a different disk with no joy, I have also tried burning an audio cd using Nero, again no joy, it seems like my drive is not reading media anymore.
