'Disk Not Empty' Using DVD Flick

Hi, just been creating a dvd with DVD Flick that filled the DVD to 98% with a bitrate of something like 2,300 iirc. Everything appeared to be going fine until I get to ImgBurn which isn't allowing me to burn.

I don't know if the following info from the device tab helps;

So far as I can see, the brand new disc ought to cover the 4,670,652,416 byte size of the image I'm doing (and the 2,280,562 sectors). I've instead chosen to just create an ISO in the mean time, the size of which is 4,561,216 kb - any of this relevant? I'm not aware of any log, by the way - presumably I need a proper error for that to be generated?

Any ideas? Thanks for any help.

Right, done that. Now trying to write with the iso I created instead and a non-disc flick version of imgburn and I'm getting no further. Here's the DVD-R profile thing again, if it helps;

Tried other blanks from the same brand new batch - I'm pretty confident they aren't the problem, but I'll try and source another rewriter to test them on... In the mean time, any other ideas? A way of convincing imgburn there's nothing on them? Pretend I'm an idiot and think of everything I could conceivably be doing wrong (not formatting the discs properly or something).

Well, I did (attempt to) format them (My Computer - rightclick on drive with disk inserted etc.). Perhaps we're getting somewhere...

Edit: And I do believe it's sorted... new, unformatted disc now being burnt...
