Invalid field in CDB...?

I've used this program before to burn xbox 360 games with no problems. I recently reinstalled windows 7 on my computer and just downloaded ImgBurn. When I try to burn the .iso to a DVD+R (dual layer), it comes up with that error.

That blank was damaged in a previous failed burn. Try again with a brand new blank disc.

 

That was the problem. I did not try this because it said the disc was blank. After about 16% completion, now ImgBurn is saying:

Another disc wasted! Any help is appreciated. I am using memorex DVD+RL

Install the latest drivers for your system's chipset/storage controllers (this website might help). Also please read this about dual-layer media quality.
