here is what I keep getting when trying to burn disks, please help.

Those are the speeds your drive supports on that media, notice 6x isn't one of them.

Try all the speeds your burner says it supports.

Try cleaning the drive.

Try a disc from a different spindle.

Unless you have a valid reason for not putting Windows XP SP3 on, put SP3 on!

If I didnt set something up right could someone please try and walk me through it, I've tried all speeds and cleaned my drive.

What's the brand of those blanks? If it doesn't at any speed and you've cleaned the drive then it's pretty much dead for burning.
