greyowl
Is it possible to add additional data to a CD that has been previously burned and left open? I can do this with Nero, but can I do this with ImgBurn? If not, will this feature be added in the future?
LIGHTNING UK!
Sorry, no, ImgBurn's 'Build' mode doesn't do multisession. You can probably just use the burning feature built into your OS for that.
greyowl
Does XP have a burner built in the will do multisession burning?
spinningwheel
From DrageMaster at Club Myce: The built-in CD burning in Windows XP Explorer will always create a multi-session CD when you drag-and-drop files to a CD, so that files can be added later. It's not the fastest way to burn files, since Windows XP will copy the files to another temporary location on the harddrive before burning, but it is a simple way of burning. Google can be your friend also.
greyowl
Thanks for the information. This should work OK for me. What is the advantage of using an app like ImgBurn rather than just the built in burner with XP?
