ISO not burning.... Stuck at 0%

i started burning process

buffer is 100 %

but completion progress is 0%

i waited for 20 mins, no error is shown in the log

i have also tried other burning programs, tried different iso's but the result is same

the error shown in windows disc burner it showed the error  code 0XC0AA0301

Simple safe mode... but it doesn't really matter. I don't know why your drive didn't even show up... weird!

 

In normal windows mode (not safe mode), go into Write mode, right click the Destination drive drop down box and pick 'Family Tree'.

 

Close the prompt that comes up and then copy + paste everything from the Log window please.

You aren't using decent discs but the drive still shouldn't just be getting stuck and not erroring out.

 

I don't understand why your drive doesn't show up in safe mode. Your machine's sata controller is only in basic ata mode rather than ahci.

 

Do you have any other discs you can try?

 

Do you have anything in your filters drivers list? It's in the Tools menu and you can copy + paste the info.
