Harvarde
Hi! I'm trying to burn DVD+R DL (Verbatim MKM-003-00) and up to this point already ruined 4 DVD's, but I'm always getting this error: Potential 'WaitImmediateIO' Deferred Error - (99%, 0/3) - The semaphore timeout period has expired. Can someone help me? Log attached. ImgBurn.log
LIGHTNING UK!
This is a common system issue with USB connected drives. Other adapters, enclosures and controllers can sometimes work around the problem. You just need a combo that works properly. Where possible, use the drive internally. Harvarde
But it has worked so well in the past (3 months ago). The only thing that have changed is that i'm using Windows 10 at this moment. Last time I do dvd burning I was using Windows 8.1 Update 1. Could be that? LIGHTNING UK!
So it's probably down to the drivers now being used then or something. The drive seems to have been disconnected after 10 or so seconds of being 'busy'. That's beyond my control, I'm specifically setting a much longer timeout than that.
