ISO to USB stick not possible with ImgBurn?

As far as I can see, there is not any option for writing a boot image to an USB stick?

That's correct, it only works with optical discs.

If you want to image a USB stick, use USB Image Tool.  It will image USB thumb drives and write them to sticks.  It will even image and write bootable sticks.  Unfortunately, you can't take a CD image, even if it's an ISO, and write them to USB sticks.
