Peru
Is there a way to make the Burn Files to Disc default 2 copies instead of having to change it from 1 each time I open ImgBurn?
ianymaty
Settings > Write tab > Remember "Copies"
Peru
I tried that and then burned 2 copies. I closed ImgBurn and reopened it and it still defaulted to 1 copy.
ianymaty
Did you set the dropdown to 2? It should remember the 2 copies.
Peru
I set the dropdown to 2 and burned 2 copies after checking the Remember 'Copies'. When I closed and reopened ImgBurn, it did not "remember."
LIGHTNING UK!
Are you loading ImgBurn directly or is another program doing it? You must load it directly. Many 3rd party apps that call it up will tell it not to save settings or override yours via the command line.
Peru
I am opening ImgBurn directly from a shortcut on the taskbar:
LIGHTNING UK!
And does it remember other settings ok between closing and reopening? I see no reason for it not to work.
Peru
Yes, it does. Maybe I should reinstall?
LIGHTNING UK!
How are you with editing the registry? You could look in hkcusoftwareimgburn and adjust it manually that way.
Peru
I've never done it, but if given directions, I could try it.
