backupph Posted February 2, 2016 Share Posted February 2, 2016 Hi, My concern is about the Logical Unit Communication CRC Error (ULTRA-DMA/32).I have searched on this forum for solutions. I have used different blank DVDs (-R and +R). I have updated the driver's firmware, checked for cable/connection issues, and I am stuck on the latter. I am using a Toshiba laptop, and its internal DVD writer does not work anymore. So, I opted to use an internal IDE DVD writer (Lite-On iHAPP222 9 (which I mentioned I have updated the firmware) set on masrer. I am using an IDE to USD HDD enclosure so that I can plug in the internal IDE DVD writer to my laptop. I wonder if this has any connection with the error I am experiencing?
