Bad burn

I was up to 975% verification when the burn went bad, happened twice on the same movie, 2 others burned fine, same disks. Log follows:

Thanks for the reply, I actually cleaned the drives recently the disks are a week old genuine, bought from Supermedia, always reliable for years, would it be best to turn off Perform OPC? Could be the drive, burned another on my Blu-Ray LG WH14NS40, burned fine and had a good Quality test.
