What I do in cases like this is I use some kind of conversion software and convert each of the WAV files to new individual WAV's, without any changes to the source input.  Generally, this fixes any sort of input problems I have with creating CUE sheets with ImgBurn.

I'm not using any weird format. Whatever the default format is, is what I used.

Try 4dots Free Audio Converter.  I believe that has worked for me before in the past; I currently have it installed, anyway.  I also have Hamster Audio Converter installed, but I don't know if I've ever used it for fixing this case.  Both utilities are freeware.

If they were in the format I mentioned, it would be working :)

Use 'MediaInfo' to examine one of the wav files.

Which mirror site did you download it from?

I can't speak for any 3rd party software you may or may not have been offered (and installed) during the installation process, but there's certainly nothing like that in ImgBurn itself.
