Disk not empty

I'm trying to write into a disk but it won't let me saying the disk isn't empty, i've cleared out the disk several times and nothing's working so idk what to do, the only relevent timeline is I 00:04:34 Operation Started!

That certainly doesn't look like an empty disc to me.

 

Seeing as it appears to be a CD-R, you obviously can't erase anything from it either. CD-R are 'WORM' (write once, read many) media and cannot be erased like how CD-RW media can.

 

Use a new, blank disc.
