SXN
Hi, I'm trying to use ImgBurn on Ubuntu, via Wine. I've inserted a new empty cd in my device, Ubuntu confirm me that it's good. ImgBurn says that can't find my device. Does someone have good ideas for me? LIGHTNING UK!
Wine will need to be advertising the drive properly so the program can pick it up. Have you configured wine?
SXN
I'm very ignorant with wine... Usually I just open my software and let it go, also because I use windows software very seldom. How should I do, can you help me? Meanwhile I will try to do something (and I will destroy my PC )
LIGHTNING UK!
Hmm actually, mine just worked fine without needing to configure anything. I only have Ubuntu 12.10 running inside vmware on a Windows PC though. I was using Wine 1.6.
SXN
You've been very kind. Now I'll try to understand why Wine can't see my cd-rom in the device menu. I don't want to go OT, because it's clear that the problem is not ImgBurn. But WHEN I find the solution, I'll post it there, so that other users will solve their problem too. Thank you!!
