Load the program, press the F8 key to enable I/O debug mode (you'll get a message in the log to say it's enabled) and then go into the Tools menu and scan for devices again. Once the scan has finished, press F8 again to disable I/O debug mode.

Save the log to a file and upload it please so I can examine it.

Help you with what? You don't say what the problem is

I'm guessing he has an autoloader that is not being recognized.  Or, rather, it detects it's "there" but is not assigning a drive letter to it in ImgBurn.

No, you must do exactly as asked... please :)

I need the whole log and a screenshot won't do that.

Hello.. :) this is the file..but I think the error is when (in the guide) I have to check "Enumerate Devices - Auto loaders - Primera Technology - PTRobot.dll because in imgburn 2.5.8.0 I haven't it.

ImgBurn mmichele 9 1 19.log

The error is that their drivers can't find your device.

D 11:39:23 PTRobot_EnumRobots - Robot Count: 0, Return Code: 502

502 = PTROBOT_INVALID_ROBOT
PTROBOT_INVALID_ROBOT if no robots found

So I'm afraid I can't really help as it's an issue outside of ImgBurn.

Has the device installed itself correctly if you look in Device Manager? Maybe there's something these with a yellow triangle by it. Perhaps try different USB ports too.

No, I haven't yellow triangle.

Is it possible it doesn't work in Windows 10?

If I buy another Primera, can it work?

You should speak to primera and see if they can help.

I've tried with Primera.. with xp and win10.. but the problem stills.. we've updated firmware of dppro and installed all software.. i think the problem is because the dppro has 2 drivers and the dlls don't work with 2 drivers.. what do you think?

I'm pretty sure I've seen people in the past using it/them on machines with 2 drives.

What happens in the software supplied with the machine? Does it work?

Yes, of course.. in Ptpublisher ahd Surething, it works..

I don't have a primera machine here now, just an acronova nimbie and vinpower digital ripbox. My pimera was old and massive... but it did work!

I write if you have a copy of dlls..

With vinpower and imgburn, can you backup film on your hdd?

Yes, I have the dlls, they're attached in the guide here on the forum. I know you didn't ask if I had a primera machine, but the dlls would be useless without one, so your actual question made no sense.

No autoloader is any more capable that any other one where ImgBurn is concerned. ImgBurn can load and eject discs from all of them and then it's just a case of working with the drives - which is the same for all drives (in autoloaders or physically in your PC). It'll read discs and write them.
