Nimbie Autoloader Fail

I have been using the acronova nimbie usb+ and it has been working great using anydvd and imgburn to rip my dvd collecion.  I have been burning ISO from Disc. However, I recently moved to a new computer and it has stopped working properly. I installed imgburn from your website, anydvd (redfox) is working properly, and I even installed the acronova drivers from their website. It rips the disc as it should, but after it is done, it only ejects the tray, but not the disc. It then reloads the same disc and tries to burn it again. I tried matching the settings I had on my old computer including batch ripping, eject after write and validate, and enabling auto loader. It hooks up to the software just fine, and rips the disc just fine, but then it ejects the tray and reloads it. I have been through the forums and the only thing I see that I cannot change is the Autoloader settings, which is greyed out in my settings. It won't let me change those. Am I missing something in the settings? I have attached pictures below.

That'll be the issue then.

The driver isn't installed correctly.
