yeah you study the code very carefully ,decide that its not what you want and then the service packs for the 360 start coming out =))=))=)) .It was just a mad rush to make sure the 360 was on the shelves for Christmas nothing more than greed and by Microsoft standards it was spot on, sell it and fix it buissness as usual

It's not beyond the realm of possibility that M$ could enforce some sort of firmware upgrade either via the online service, or within future game releases. Something that checks the firmware version, then forces (with / without your prior knowledge & consent) an upgrade to enable the service / game to play. :pirate:

Like Sony do with the PSP  You might be running firmware 1.50 but if you want to play Liberty City Stories or other new games you are forced to update to firmware 2.0 which is on the Liberty City Stories UMD disc.

Just think all those firmware up/down grades, wonder if Sony will pay for the odd PSP that gets bricked when the power is interupted mid process ? :swear:

Supposedly, it was a demo disc that was shipped to retailers to use in their in-store Xbox 360 kiosks. oops! :D
