Synchronise Cache Failure error

I am using a lite-on dvd burner and I am getting this error just about when the drive is finished writing an image using ImgBurn. I tried lowering the writing speed to like 2.x thinking maybe it was writing to quickly but I never had this problem before and wondering what is suddenly going on. Is there a setting or something that I'm missing? Can someone please help me out? Thanks.
