Volume problems

ImgBurn just feeds bits and bytes to your burner. It does nothing to them, including the audio packs in a DVD. Something else is wrong with your setup, I am afraid (check for loose wires from your standalone).

I've experienced the same problem with very low volume on the burned DVD. I burned the DVD from a .iso file.

The reason I think that it is an ImgBurn problem is that I played the source .iso file on my PC (using VLC Media Player) and the volume was fine.

The post about making sure that the correct audio track is confusing to me, as I can't find anyplace within ImgBurn where this is mentioned.

Any thoughts?

TIA

ImgBurn burns the ISO image as it is (i.e. it doesn't modify anything). Software player can increase the volume if it's too low (depends on the settings used) so usually it sounds better on a computer than on standalone DVD players.
