Help, im new

I just found imgburn and started to use it, however i seem to be getting a lot of errors all like this one. I think its probably because the dvds are protected, is this correct and if so how would I go about fixing this problem? Also here is my log although I dont know how much that helps. Thanks in advance.

Imgburn will not read/rip from a protected source and we can't discuss programs that will here.
