Thanx Cynthia! :)

I would also like to mention I'm running Firmware V1.12 on my Plextor PX-708A DVD-Recorder and the DVD+RW media I'm using is TDK branded 4x DVD+RW [RICOHJPN-W11-01].

Here is two logs with the error:

Does it only error out like that on DVD+RW? What about normal DVD-R or DVD+R ?

If it happens on all discs, just turn off the 'Send OPC' option in the settings (Write tab).

Trevligt att se någon från Sverige här! :)

Those RW discs are they old/scrached? I can get that issue sometimes with some of my scratched RWs.

I haven't tried it with normal DVD-R or DVD+R yet, I will try this asap and get back to you with the result.

Jepp, Sverige här! ;)

Yes, I would consider those RW discs a bit old/scratched but I managed to burn an .img file with the same disc on my laptop with Vista Business and a MATSHITA UJ-852S DVD-RAM Recorder in ImgBurn v2.4.0.0 without any OPC errors! Any clues?

It's a drive/firmware/media thing so it's no big surprise that it worked in your laptop. Different drives like different media.

Your Plextor is also pretty old now and I'm guessing the Matshita is almost brand new.

Hi and welcome to the forum, vadim! :)

Changes in ImgBurn 2.4.0.0 :

Added: By default, the program now sends the 'Send OPC Information' command prior to sending any 'Write' commands.

Today I tried with Verbatim branded Printable 16x DVD-R [MCC 03RG20] and no OPC errors at all! :P
