Hi Luk, I am having problems and lots of conflicts of driver with Nvidia Chipsets. I have tried a number of Burners from Sony,Lg,Samsung to Moserbaer. Can u Please tell if this issue will be taken care of by the latest Version of Imgburn.

Yes but it's the driver that has the issue, not ImgBurn.

You should get on to nvidia and have them fix it.
Please don't PM me with questions that should be posted in the forum. I won't reply - Especially if you have post count of 0!!!

Replies to posts belong in the forum where everyone can read them. Please don't PM them.

In fact, don't PM me at all unless it's something I've asked to be told about!

Before asking questions, search the forum to see if someone else already has.

Use the FAQ and Guides forums to your advantage. I don't want to have to tell you to read them!

Hi, Thanks a lot for imgburn. It's terrific. However, I have been unable to figure out how to choose chapters in a dvd movie for a sellective burn. Any help or pointers will be much appreciated.
Thanks again.

You'll have to use a re-authoring program then, as ImgBurn burns stuff as it is (i.e. it doesn't change anything).

I guess this is the best we can hope for

There's been no progress on v3, too much other stuff on at the moment.
v3 is therefore a LONG way off yet.

A beta would be nice to play with

Betas are not for public release or to be "played with".

All I meant was that they get "tested" - not "played with". As has been said many many times before, unlike other well known progs, ImgBurn does not release public betas with new features that might not be 100% tested only to have dozens of threads about "this or that not working". It's just the way LUK goes about quality control. Only on very rare occasions, where a problem might be specific to a user, will a beta be available to that user.

Wrong choice of words on my part. Tested is what I meant ... guess my sense of humour is too dry :)

Use the 'Write files/folder to disc' option or, if already in Build mode, set the Output to Device.

Better version guys? Man,if ImgBurn is going to get better I guess I'll be using it still more and see how much so. I'm 100% positive though that w/e you make better will be something actually warranting a upgrade Lightning. Right now I can't see what needs implemented that's really bugging some users. Yes make it better, but please don't turn it into a Nero w/all these added functions that'll f@#k it up in any way.

Btw, great job all you guys did w/that HQ firmware site. Unbelievably simple and hassle free. I just ran into it a lil while ago on admin's main DD site. Was it posted anywhere that this was coming? Not that it matters as long as I'm locked in now. Just wondering. :)

As usual, you can download it and view the changelog by visiting the main website.

Special 'Thanks' to all the beta testers, translators and donors!

Lightning UK, I am new to this forum and very much appreciate your outstanding contributions. Followed your guide to burning on dual layer discs and it worked flawlessly.

found this program while searching for software to back up my PS2/XBOX games. Kids continually scratch them and tired of buying new ones. This program stated it did thjis. Have tried 3 types of media dvd-r, dvd+r dvdl-r and they all copy perfect. When you try to play them to see if it really worked, PS2 machine does not even recognize there is a disc.
Did I download the wrong program? and, if I did, how do I det a refund!

imgburn has always been freeware, you have been ripped off by whoever you bought it from, get your money back from them.
link to free download of imgburn is http://www.imgburn.com/index.php?act=download but it can't copy protected discs

Well,
i need to ask you this,
is your PS2 modified so it can run copied games?
Cuz if not,
it's normal that it'll tell you that the inserted disc is not a PS2 disc....

And where exactly on the Official ImgBurn website does it say it can copy PS2 games?
