imgburn + ebay repacked bdr dl disks from ujapan=80% failure rate

these are batches of panasonic bd-rs. evidently u-japan and others are selling manufacturer rejects as new, repacked. any way for imgburn to detect a manufacturer reject and refuse to burn ?

No, because it all depends on your burner/firmware/media combination: ImgBurn just sets the write speed and feeds the data in the correct sequence.
