No wonder your burner is having trouble burning that media: it's pure crap. Try Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden media and you'll never look back I also have exact same problem and I always use genuine Verbatim DVDs. But I use Windows XP 64-bit, Isn't ImgBurn compatible with 64-bit systems? When I write the same Img & Iso files in Clone DVD I have no problems at all.
