  1. verb's are on the way, just a quick question, like on dl dvd's there is a specific type of verb's, mk001 Singapore i think thats the one, is this the same for BD? a certain type or any verb bd will do?
  2. i used the erase disc button in imgburn but it wasn't able to erase it, i then tried cyberlink again to format it. it gave an error saying "the disc is not a UDF disc" does this shed any light on my problem? surely the disc i not that bad? or am i doing something wrong?
  3. hello to you too and thanks for the warm welcome, just to say i think imgburn is absolutely awesome, i usually verb's disc but this one came free with the drive and i have no other BD discs. anyway here is the log: btw it is not the log for the error in the 1st post but i tried it again and it failed and this was that log. 4. Hello all i could really do with your help, i have spent weeks learning how to back up blu-ray movies. i now have a movie ready to be burnt, so i inputted my blank blu-ray disc r/w and when i clicked on burn it came up with the disk needed formatting, i clicked yes and an error came up at 17%, i then clicked burn just to see what would happen and it started burning, only for another error to come up, which i was expecting. Now i can not format it or wipe it, (although i don't know how to erase it using imgburn) i'm trying to formatt/erase it using cyberlink hi-def suite. can some one help me, how can i get the disk formatted and ready to use can imgburn do this or at least erase whats on it? its driving me mad! here is the error that came up first time.
  5. lol as simple as that, thanx

  7. thanks for the reply, i WAS using phillips untill i started noticing a few were getting stuck at about the 2nd layer part, and after doing some research i have heard a lot about Verbatim and even mentioned the Made in Singapore part, my questions are, why Singapore? and also i'm from the UK is there any sites that u know off that ship or in the uk that sell that spacific disk? are these ok? http://svp.co.uk/category/double_layer 2nd page half way down http://www.dvdshoponline.co.uk/Verbatim_DVD.html 8th one down
  8. hello all, i'm new to using imgburn and have a few questions to ask on whats the best way to burn a d/l dvd? firstly i backed up superman returns using dvd decrypter so whats is the best way to burn that file? because i was reading on the guides part and came accross build? whats is this used for? and is it a better way for burning the dvd rather than going straight to write? i used to just use decrypter to read and write the dvd but was told imgburn is better.
