  1. Lightning Thank you for the reply so quick I rebooted and made another coaster then recalled the 'doze archive bit. I reset it on the files I was trying to back up and then reselected them all to make sure. Now I am making a second backup I've also discovered the Device tab which allows for multiple copies and the Options tab which lets me not set the archive bit. Thank you once again Regards Lesley
  2. Windows XP SP3. SONY DVD+RW DW-Q58A Hi Having a bit of a coaster day here today. I'm currently relying on ImgBurn to write out data to CD-ROM. When I am backing up I like to make two copies in case of media failure etc. Things seem to work fine with DVD media but I just tried backing up something specific to TDK CD-ROMS - about 680MB data. The first burn went fine. The second and subsequent burns just wrote the directories out but not the files that I want written out. I have tried restarting ImgBurn, restarting ImgBurn and fully reselecting the files I want to download, restarting ImgBurn fully reselecting the files and renaming the backup with still no joy. I've got five coasters here now so there must be a fourth one I did that I have forgotten about. Whatever is happening it isn't writing the data to CD-ROM I'm going to try a reboot next to see if that gets things moving. Any one else seeing this bug? Regards
  3. Hi and thank you for such fast work, Lightning UK. I did meant the quicklaunch toolbar - the one that usually sits crammed in between the start button and all those application docks. If you unlock the taskbar and grab the lttle bar to the left hand side, you can drag the quicklaunch bit on its very own and have it docked to either side or at the top. I find it takes a little shoving to get it to dock at the top but you can readjust the depth once its there. Some may think it way too Mac-ish but I find it handy to have it there because I have 18 items in it - including ImgBurn Thank you for all your hard work. Regards Lesley P.S. screen dump shows what I mean http://www.zen37378.zen.co.uk/screen.png
  4. Hi This is a boring bug I have my quicklaunch toolbar at the top of the screen. Most apps respect this and when they full size or start they aren't hidden under the quicklaunch toolbar which I have set to stay on top On start up, ImgBurn 2.4.1 hides underneath and I have to play with the toolbar settings to drag the ImgBurn window out of the way. Good product btw. Hope you continue with this. L.
