WELL the plot thickens...
I tried burning another disc today, but it wasn't too keen on the idea of being burned. That is to say, during the verify stage I got tons of errors. Now, this happens rather normally and I usually disregard it. Sometimes discs will burn without this happening at all.
Even when this does happen, the DVDs always play in VLC media player.
This disc DOES NOT play in my ps2... HOWEVER a disc I burned earlier today plays in the ps2... even though it encountered two of these same errors!
So, for those of you who like an intellectual challenge... here is the log of the disc with lots of errors that DID NOT play in the ps2...
