  1. If you have a supported drive, you should use DiscImageCreator.
  2. Then wikipedia is wrong: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RedFox
  3. Finally it's at an acceptable price, considering Nero CD/DVD Speed was free. http://cdspeed2000.com/
  4. Ah yes, they were SlySoft before.
  5. Kinda off-topic but I remember there was a split in Elaborate Bytes, now you have https://www.elby.ch/products/vcd.html and https://www.redfox.bz/en/virtual-clonedrive.html and both show the same version of VCD. Do you guys know if there's any difference between the two?
  6. I don't remember much about this (it's been a while since I've burned CD-R), but is DAO RAW supported by most drives? Maybe that's what's stopping the development. There has been a lot of progress on the reading front (https://github.com/saramibreak/DiscImageCreator) but writing has stopped with Alcohol I guess.
  7. Oh, sorry, it was the comma http://sourceforge.net/projects/discfit/
  8. Hi LUK, I've asked this before back when Burn To The Brim, which had a pretty complex code, was the only viable solution to find the best combination of files/folders to fit a disc. Now there is this new alternative http://sourceforge.net/projects/discfit/, which seems simpler and works with BD-R discs. Any chance of implementing this into the Build mode? Thanks!
  9. Man, still the same complaint after all these years... I really hope those people whining about the "crapware" really find another program to use and f**k off. Thanks a lot for the update LUK! :biggrindance:
  10. Amazing update as usual LUK! Thanks a lot :worthy:
  11. Do you guys know if the issues with SPTD is still present with the latest version 1.74?
  12. Amazing changelog as usual Thanks a lot LUK! :worthy:
  13. You can't run backups on the PS3.
  14. Thanks a lot for the update LUK! :worthy: :worthy: :worthy:
  15. You're the one that mentioned damage ianymaty, thus complicating the request, not the OP In fact, he de-complicated things when he said he didn't care. But, IIRC, this has been requested before and it seems LUK isn't implementing this one anytime soon...
  16. Hi Daystrom M5, I found something about it, but I still don't know how to fix it. I already had the VB 6.0 runtimes installed.
  17. Hi Daystrom M5, I'm trying to run BurnPlot through wine and I get the following error: fixme:actctx:parse_depend_manifests Could not find dependent assembly L"Microsoft.Windows.Common-Controls" (6.0.0.0) err:ole:ITypeInfo_fnInvoke did not find member id 0, flags 0x2! fixme:ole:OLEPictureImpl_FindConnectionPoint no connection point for {33ad4ed2-6699-11cf-b70c-00aa0060d393} fixme:ole:OLEPictureImpl_FindConnectionPoint no connection point for {33ad4ed2-6699-11cf-b70c-00aa0060d393} fixme:ole:OLEPictureImpl_FindConnectionPoint no connection point for {33ad4ed2-6699-11cf-b70c-00aa0060d393} fixme:ole:OLEPictureImpl_FindConnectionPoint no connection point for {33ad4ed2-6699-11cf-b70c-00aa0060d393} fixme:ole:OLEPictureImpl_FindConnectionPoint no connection point for {33ad4ed2-6699-11cf-b70c-00aa0060d393} fixme:ole:OLEPictureImpl_FindConnectionPoint no connection point for {33ad4ed2-6699-11cf-b70c-00aa0060d393} fixme:ole:OLEPictureImpl_FindConnectionPoint no connection point for {33ad4ed2-6699-11cf-b70c-00aa0060d393} fixme:ntdll:RtlNtStatusToDosErrorNoTeb no mapping for c0000109 Also the attached error. Do you know what runtimes I might be missing?
  18. LOL But a least we have a workaround until it's fixed
  19. Hi LUK, I just found a bug you reported about Imgburn 2.5.0.0 crashing under Wine when closing (http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=19839). That bug was "fixed" in version 1.1.29. I just did a fresh install of Ubuntu 9.10 and Wine 1.1.33 (x64) but Imgburn was crashing when I closed it. I didn't even had to go to the 'Disc Layout Editor', just opening and then closing was enough for it to crash. I saw that someone installed comctl32 to fix the issue, so I used winetricks to install comctl32 and comctl32.ocx and the problem was gone indeed. Maybe you could ask for the Wine devs to reopen that bug as it came back with the latest version. Best regards
  20. I think this thread could be merged with http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=5974
  21. I don't remember getting any "cute" error messages from Imgburn, quite the contrary in fact. Also, all errors, almost in raw format (what the burner outputs), can be found in the log and can be used for debugging. Maybe what you want is to disable error messages completely and just have the log?
  22. While LUK doesn't implement this feature, you can use Burrrn to burn your CDs with with Replaygain.
