True Lite-Ons are nice scanners, but the Program Memory Area Update Failure error is not so nice with them. So I haven't bought any recent ones. LG's seems also to be nice, they are just tricky to find in my town.

Sure you don't really have such a one? More or less all released since 2004 have that feature. Been using Nec/Optiarc for ages now and I like them. The latest 7280 is a nice one.

ImgBurn can't compress/shrink video. Use something like BD Rebuilder for that task.

Tried with that setting disabled? I've had drives that bombed out with that setting enabled.

Or change the setting in the Build settings (page 2) to enabled and let the program create it.

Could be that the burner is dead. Tried to clean the laser beam with a cleaning disc?

Tried the 4x or 8x write speed?

Tried to set the write speed to 2.4x?

The posted log shows that you use single layer discs.

Mount the ISO with a virtual drive like http://www.dvdfab.com/virtual-drive.htm and then use the Build mode to build a new image/burn to disc and set a new layer break in that mode.

Not an expert on Xbox stuff, but DVD +R DL media might work better for this over burning stuff.

What's in the ISO? DVD Video or something else?

No. But it looks as it also should work very well.

Another (disk saving space) option is to mount the ISO with a free image tool, like http://www.dvdfab.com/virtual-drive.htm , then just build a new image with ImgBurn.

Install hte program and then right click on the iso file and select 7-Zip -> Extract to "your iso name". If another layer break is selected, no. Always better/safer to use the "new" .mds file that is created when you build something.
