ok to start off im running windows xp i have two dvd drives one is internal and the other is external i tried to use the internal to burn a disk for me it got to 50% and error then i tried to use my external drive to burn and ever time it gave me a error message about power calibration so i updated the firmware in my external drive and i got another error message then i try to use the internal drive and it will not ever attempt to burn please what do i do
