Dear All, I am new to this forum but you are truly my last hope...I have a very similar problem to that of the gentleman posting the message before me. Following is the situation: I have an NTSC Xbox 360 with a Hitachi v79 drive. I updated the drive to iXtreme 1.51 and use Verbatim DVD+R DL 8x. I write using ImgBurn with a Layer Break of 1913760 at a speed of 2x (it automatically goes up to 2.4x). The burnt file is a downloaded .iso of Red Faction Guerilla (NTSC). The burner I use is my laptop's Pioneer DVDRW DR-TD08HB. The message I get whenever I try to play the disc is: "Disc unreadable. Clean with a cloth...etc." I wasted many discs before updating the drive to the latest iXtreme however now it has been updated and still it doesn't work. Thus, if anyone has any thoughts on the matter, please let me know so that I can do something about it before wasting even more discs and time. Thank you all!
