The UDF file system limits the length of filenames to 255 bytes. Imgburn truncates Windows filenames to 127 characters; however the UDF specification states that the character set used is the OSTA CS0 character set that allows for compressed Unicode (16-bit to 8-bit) such that 254 character filenames can be supported (the 1st bytes specifies the compression algorithm). Is there any option in Imgburn to use the 8-bit per character compression algorithm so that file names up to 254 characters can be written without truncation? I cannot find such a setting. If not, is there any plan to support the 8-bit per character option in the future? Thanks!
