I was on 1.2.0.0 (I had dowloaded 1.3.0.0 - but not installed it) I did install 1.3.0.0 and it made no difference. Thg drive itself works in that I am able to copy to and from with XP. Thanks -- However the Arrow does not turn green and chicking on it is of no help. I have set the write speed at Max - 1x - 2x -2.4x and 4x = no effect. I have also checked the "Test Mode" and "Verify" boxes with no effect.

I have been using IngBurn with no problems burning DVD+R. I am unable to burn DVD-RAM and get the message"Disc Not Empty" I do burn DVD+R with a Lite On and am trying to burn the DVD Ram with a different drive that will not burn other DVD's The Disc is fresh and has also been Erased Full with this software.
