I went through the format dvd thing and it didn't work. It says, "DeviceIoControl (FSCTL_LOCK_VOLUME) Failed! Device:[1:1:0] PHILLIPS DVD +RW-D28 1.29 (E:) (ATA) Unable to lock volume for exclusive access. Reason: Access is denied. Help please!!
