  1. Hi there First of all, thanks a bunch for such a great piece of software. In this day and age where bloatware seems to be the norm, it's not everyday that you can fit the words light, simple, powerful and free in the same sentence... I know that this has been discussed already at http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=15971 But maybe because I'm a newbie here, the reply button was greyed out, so I'm starting a new thread. I just wanted to say that I think that Mode 2 Form 2 is still very relevant and useful, and it would be very nice to see it implemented in ImgBurn. In my example, I usually burn mp3/aac CD-Rs for my car, and Form 2 gives me an extra 100MB or so to play with. If using mid-low bitrates, 100MB can make a big difference, meaning I can squeeze 5 or 6 extra albums in a space that would be otherwise wasted. Car players that read DVDs are still few (and much more expensive), so making CDs go an extra mile is quite nice. Also, car CD-Rs are bound to get thrown around and scratched, and you expect they'll be thrown out eventually anyway, so it's not like you'll ever want to copy the data back - meaning error correction bits are really just wasted space. At the moment I use "Mode2 CD Maker" to create Mode 2 Form 2 ISOs, which I then burn with ImgBurn. While Mode2 CD Maker is a bit quirky, it does the job. But it would be nice to see this feature implemented in a first class tool such as ImgBurn.
