  2. Right posted a few days ago about problems with verify errors on this new max firmware from c4eva....got verbs working fine but aone plus gold is still having problems. I have noticed when using aone plus if i burn at x2.4 it still burns at x4+ so my question is can or is there anyway to stop imgburn or my drive from doing this. Im thinking if i can get it to burn at x2.4 then this my sort the problem out. Any info would be cool thanks Not sure if i posted in the right section sorry if i never
  3. Update: Verb works fine no errors at x2.4....i have read that you can burn at 2.4 and x4 but i see in the log i posted for you that the drive supports write speeds: 4x, 6x, 8x so was just seeing if x4 would be better to use. Think i will try the aone at x4 and see what happens as i paid for 25 cake today lolz Thanks again for your help and a awesome program

  9. Right all the steps you posted are there and i can click them no problem (Change 'Performance Object' to 'PhysicalDisk'. Select 'Avg. Disk Queue Length' in the 'Counter' box and '_Total' in the 'Instances' box.) But there is no ok button to click only (add explin and close) so when i click close then reopen again its all changed back to processor and so on ?

  11. lol silly me i sorted it don't worry
  12. Download the file and extract then renamed but i still can't open it ? Sorry for the problems bet your getting cheesed off with me
  13. Yeah Task Manager worked fine
  14. Right got the same error soon as i started defrag and opened firefox Its still stuck and i can't close imgburn with out re-starting my PC. The timer is still working but thats it
  15. lolz sorry my bad about F6. Just getting a single layer image to test with.
  16. I was told to use a DVD-R disc Load the program Make sure buffer recovery is enabled in the settings (if you haven't touched it then don't worry about checking it) Click the write image file to disc button Load your ISO (use the same one that failed to burn before, don't worry that it won't fit on a DVD-R disc) insert DVD-R disc make sure the 'Test Mode' box is ticked. Press the F6 key - you should see a log entry saying debug has been enabled. *this is very important* Start the burn. At this point you'll have to just accept the message about it not fitting on the disc. Once it's burning, fire up defrag quickly and set it going on the same drive as where your source ISO image is located (i.e. C:\ drive)

  18. I have many CD-R + DVD-R single write disks that i don't mind using. Just don't really what to use my DVD+R DL lolz Support your giving is carzy on this site very well run and very helpfull thank you
  19. Yeah i was going to disable buffer recovery till you posted that's something you want to try and avoid. Whats the next step for me to try and find the problem out. You say waiting for a Windows API function to complete processing is maybe the problem how would i pin point exactly what it is and sort it out. Sorry if i seem noob ish lolz but i have no clue what im doing with PCs. This may seem checky but i will ask you anyway, could you help me over team viewer ? PLEASE My PC is very old (2002) i was thinking about just up-grading if i can't sort the problem out.
  20. Did a defrag this morning still no good. So what would the next stage be to find the problem out?
  21. Ok so if i disable buffer recovery will the iso still burn right for 360 and play ok. I would like to find the problem and get it sorted but im not that good with PCs bruv. Thanks again for helping me Edit: Its still stuck lolz can't even close it down
  22. Does it get stuck like that *every* time the program mentions 'waiting for buffers to recover' ? Yes it does every time i get waiting for buffers to recover it just gets stuck and never recovers. So if i disable buffer recover will that sort the problem out or would i get a new error. Most of the time it works fine but the last few weeks i would say its done it 5 times out of 15. Not really and pc freck lolz so not sure what to look for ? Thanks for getting back to me so quick Edit: my pc is around 9 years old lolz
