I can't seem to find anyone who has had this same error, so I decided to make a thread.
I'm trying to burn a duel layer dvd and this is the error i get, at around 19% complete.
I get an I/O Error with the following log.

Any ideas? I've burned this same dvd with the same hardware and disk so I think its something to do with the software.
